EFS Suspension products purchased from efsstore.com.au are covered by the factory warranty period.

If you are experiencing an issue with a product we have supplied you, please contact us for further assistance.

No warranty is provided on any suspension part where the vehicle has been used for racing, competition or mining and associated industries.

We do not provide technical advice or product support on products not purchased directly from www.efsstore.com.au

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind/incorrect selection purchases.

The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item.

Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Pricing and Order Accuracy

EFS Store reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order where the checkout amount does not reflect the full and correct pricing of the items purchased. In such cases, customers will be notified and given the option to pay the difference. If the outstanding balance is not paid within the specified timeframe, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
